இறுதிப் பட்டியலில் சேர்க்கப்படும் மதிப்பெண் அடிப்படையில், பெர்சனாலிட்டி தேர்வுக்கு (Personality Interview) அழைக்கப்படுவார்கள். இதில் 275 மதிப்பெண். இதில் எவ்வளவு மதிப்பெண் பெற்றிருக்கிறீர்கள் என்பதையெல்லாம் கூட்டி அதிக மதிப்பெண் பெற்றிருப்பவர்களின் ரேங்க் பட்டியலில் வெளியிடப்படும். 

இவ்வாறு பட்டியல் வெளியிடப்படும்போது தேர்வு எழுதுபவர்களின் விருப்பத்தின் அடிப்படையிலும், பட்டியலில் உள்ள தகுதிநிலை அடிப்படையிலும் பணி ஒதுக்கீடு செய்யப்படும். அதன்பிறகு பயிற்சி வழங்கப்படும்.
